“集團公司(si)級關(guan)鍵技(ji)能(neng)帶頭人、全國(guo)勞動(dong)模范(fan),全國(guo)技(ji)術(shu)能(neng)手(shou)、吉(ji)林省技(ji)術(shu)能(neng)手(shou)、中央企業技(ji)術(shu)能(neng)手(shou)、首屆吉(ji)林工(gong)匠(jiang)”……數不清的(de)獎項和榮譽的(de)背后(hou),是(shi)(shi)他37年如一日(ri)的(de)拼搏與創新。他是(shi)(shi)吳宏立(li),中國(guo)兵器工(gong)業集團東北工(gong)業集團吉(ji)林東光奧威汽車制動(dong)系(xi)統(tong)有(you)限(xian)公司(si)車工(gong)、高(gao)級技(ji)師。 今(jin)年8月底,吉(ji)(ji)林(lin)省總工(gong)會命名了20個“吉(ji)(ji)林(lin)省示范性勞模和工(gong)匠人才創新(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)”,吳宏立創新(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)榜上有名。 刻苦學習提技能 吳(wu)宏立參加工(gong)(gong)(gong)作37年來,一直在(zai)一線工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,他吃苦耐勞、勤奮好學、刻苦鉆研技(ji)(ji)術(shu),自學了車(che)(che)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝學、機械制圖(tu)、機械基礎、金屬材料、數控技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、CAD、CATIA軟件(jian)設計等(deng)相關知識,掌握了過硬的(de)(de)操作技(ji)(ji)能,曾以扎實的(de)(de)理論(lun)知識和實踐經驗,以精湛的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)藝取(qu)得吉(ji)林省車(che)(che)工(gong)(gong)(gong)競賽(sai)第(di)二名,全國(guo)(guo)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)能大賽(sai)車(che)(che)工(gong)(gong)(gong)決(jue)賽(sai)取(qu)得第(di)六名,中(zhong)央企業(ye)(ye)(ye)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)能大賽(sai)車(che)(che)工(gong)(gong)(gong)決(jue)賽(sai)取(qu)得第(di)八名,獲得銀(yin)牌,第(di)二屆全國(guo)(guo)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)能大賽(sai)車(che)(che)工(gong)(gong)(gong)決(jue)賽(sai)取(qu)得第(di)十六名的(de)(de)好成(cheng)績。 為更好地(di)發揮(hui)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)創(chuang)新引(yin)領作用,吳宏立考入長(chang)春理(li)工(gong)大學(xue)機電一(yi)體化專業進行深造,利(li)用所學(xue)到的(de)知識與實(shi)踐相(xiang)結合(he),對生(sheng)產中存在(zai)的(de)工(gong)藝難點(dian)熱點(dian)問題大膽的(de)進行研究,不(bu)斷的(de)技(ji)術革新創(chuang)新取得(de)(de)優異(yi)成(cheng)績。截至目前(qian),累積(ji)完(wan)成(cheng)重點(dian)技(ji)術創(chuang)新、工(gong)藝改進、技(ji)能(neng)(neng)攻關項(xiang)(xiang)目70余(yu)項(xiang)(xiang),創(chuang)造經濟效(xiao)(xiao)益2300多萬元,他獨自發明設計的(de)工(gong)裝夾具獲得(de)(de)發明專利(li)1項(xiang)(xiang),實(shi)用新型專利(li)5項(xiang)(xiang),發表論(lun)文一(yi)篇,獲得(de)(de)省(sheng)(sheng)市QC小組優秀獎3項(xiang)(xiang),集(ji)團公司技(ji)能(neng)(neng)創(chuang)新競賽(sai)優秀獎一(yi)項(xiang)(xiang)、二(er)等獎一(yi)項(xiang)(xiang)。他主(zhu)持(chi)的(de)國家級(ji)(ji)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)大師工(gong)作室完(wan)成(cheng)技(ji)術攻關73項(xiang)(xiang),創(chuang)效(xiao)(xiao)1055萬余(yu)元,獲專利(li)授權20項(xiang)(xiang),省(sheng)(sheng)部級(ji)(ji)QC成(cheng)果11項(xiang)(xiang),提出(chu)合(he)理(li)化建議260余(yu)條。 潛心鉆研克難關 目前,國內(nei)(nei)(nei)外(wai)珩(heng)(heng)(heng)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)頭大(da)都是(shi)利用皮圈或彈(dan)簧套在油石(shi)座凹(ao)槽內(nei)(nei)(nei)的,利用彈(dan)性力驅使膨脹的油石(shi)回(hui)縮(suo)。操作工(gong)(gong)在利用該(gai)珩(heng)(heng)(heng)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)頭加工(gong)(gong)主缸孔(kong)(kong)時經(jing)常出現問題(ti),內(nei)(nei)(nei)孔(kong)(kong)珩(heng)(heng)(heng)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)后油石(shi)不回(hui)縮(suo),取下工(gong)(gong)件(jian)時內(nei)(nei)(nei)孔(kong)(kong)留下油石(shi)劃痕或拉傷(shang)孔(kong)(kong)壁(bi),每年都出現不同(tong)程度(du)的廢品損失,這(zhe)些難題(ti)困擾企(qi)(qi)業(ye)多(duo)年。吳宏立知(zhi)難而上,對珩(heng)(heng)(heng)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)工(gong)(gong)藝難點進行攻關。他(ta)利用CATIA設計(ji)(ji)軟件(jian)獨自(zi)(zi)發明設計(ji)(ji)了鋸齒(chi)滑動(dong)式自(zi)(zi)動(dong)伸縮(suo)珩(heng)(heng)(heng)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)頭,這(zhe)種珩(heng)(heng)(heng)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)頭是(shi)利用齒(chi)形結構嚙(nie)合滑動(dong),膨脹回(hui)縮(suo)靈敏度(du)高,解(jie)決企(qi)(qi)業(ye)、行業(ye)珩(heng)(heng)(heng)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)加工(gong)(gong)難題(ti),為企(qi)(qi)業(ye)每年因質量問題(ti)減少索賠10萬余元,該(gai)珩(heng)(heng)(heng)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)頭獲專利授權,屬于國內(nei)(nei)(nei)外(wai)首創,填補(bu)空(kong)白(bai)。 他(ta)所(suo)在(zai)分廠的每條(tiao)生產(chan)線都是利用兩臺加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心使用普通夾具(ju)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)主缸體,由于夾具(ju)在(zai)性能方(fang)面(mian)(mian)無(wu)法實現工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)翻(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)另一(yi)面(mian)(mian),需要多次裝夾才能完(wan)(wan)成(cheng),影響產(chan)品質量,生產(chan)效率低,操作(zuo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)強度大,他(ta)所(suo)在(zai)的企(qi)(qi)業計劃對這些(xie)設(she)備(bei)改造(zao)升(sheng)級,但因(yin)設(she)備(bei)較(jiao)(jiao)多,投資(zi)較(jiao)(jiao)大,一(yi)直沒有實施(shi)。2014年,面(mian)(mian)對這種普通夾具(ju)、落(luo)后工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),吳宏立充滿(man)著(zhu)一(yi)種強烈的欲(yu)望(wang),一(yi)定要改變現狀(zhuang)。他(ta)絞盡腦汁在(zai)電腦軟件(jian)(jian)上勾(gou)畫著(zhu),不知經歷(li)了多少個不眠之夜,成(cheng)功(gong)的設(she)計出多工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)位翻(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)夾具(ju),填補國內外空(kong)白,獲發明專(zhuan)利授權。2018年,吳宏立深入調研,尋(xun)求(qiu)翻(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)夾具(ju)制造(zao),國內多家液壓(ya)缸制造(zao)商均表示難度大,無(wu)法實現。他(ta)與當地一(yi)家機(ji)械制造(zao)公司開展(zhan)合作(zuo),在(zai)技(ji)術方(fang)面(mian)(mian)給予支(zhi)持,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)方(fang)面(mian)(mian)進行指(zhi)導,制造(zao)出翻(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)夾具(ju),實現專(zhuan)利轉(zhuan)(zhuan)化(hua),可通過程(cheng)序M指(zhi)令控(kong)制,實現工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)在(zai)夾具(ju)中(zhong)自動(dong)(dong)翻(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)多道工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),解決困(kun)擾企(qi)(qi)業二十余年工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)落(luo)后難題,達到世(shi)界(jie)先(xian)進水(shui)平(ping),現已推廣應用。兩臺加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序合并到一(yi)臺上加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),優(you)化(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),節省一(yi)臺加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心,每件(jian)(jian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時間(jian)由原來的2m43s 縮短到2m13s,創造(zao)經濟效益72萬元。 技能創新結碩果 企業(ye)投(tou)產(chan)(chan)(chan)的柱塞(sai)式主缸(gang)(gang)體(ti),是國內新型(xing)助力器主缸(gang)(gang)。該產(chan)(chan)(chan)品結(jie)構(gou)復雜,精度要求較高(gao),在數控(kong)車床上加(jia)工一年(nian)有余,生產(chan)(chan)(chan)效率依然(ran)很(hen)低,每班只能生產(chan)(chan)(chan)50多件。吳宏立通過對(dui)定心鉆、鉸刀、內孔槽刀刀具材料、結(jie)構(gou)和加(jia)工方法(fa)的改(gai)進,解決企業(ye)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)瓶頸難題,提高(gao)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)效率50%,達(da)到行(xing)業(ye)領先(xian)水平,累計多生產(chan)(chan)(chan)柱塞(sai)式主缸(gang)(gang)體(ti)8.5萬(wan)余件,創造效益(yi)170萬(wan)余元。 為(wei)增加(jia)經濟效益(yi)(yi),企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)承攬了(le)汽車(che)轉(zhuan)向柱管產品,利用(yong)馬豪臥(wo)式加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中心對(dui)產品兩(liang)端進(jin)(jin)行(xing)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)。由于(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)序(xu)較多、機床換刀較慢,每班(ban)只能生產70余(yu)件,滿足不了(le)用(yong)戶需求(qiu)。為(wei)扭轉(zhuan)被動局面(mian),吳宏立進(jin)(jin)行(xing)工(gong)(gong)藝攻關。該(gai)(gai)產品屬(shu)(shu)于(yu)(yu)畸形零件,如(ru)果(guo)安裝(zhuang)數控(kong)(kong)車(che)床上分(fen)兩(liang)道工(gong)(gong)序(xu)采用(yong)鏜孔車(che)槽(cao)組合刀具(ju)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)就能提(ti)高生產效率,可如(ru)何裝(zhuang)夾(jia)(jia)卻成(cheng)了(le)大難題。他(ta)把(ba)三爪卡(ka)盤(pan)擺放在電腦桌旁,兩(liang)手(shou)拿著轉(zhuan)向柱管翻(fan)來覆(fu)去的研究琢磨,憑借多年(nian)的車(che)工(gong)(gong)經驗,找到了(le)裝(zhuang)夾(jia)(jia)方(fang)法(fa),設(she)計了(le)臺階(jie)式和(he)內(nei)脹(zhang)外夾(jia)(jia)式專(zhuan)用(yong)夾(jia)(jia)具(ju)。同(tong)時,為(wei)保證質量,設(she)計出帶有千分(fen)表的深淺量具(ju)和(he)位(wei)置量具(ju),成(cheng)功把(ba)轉(zhuan)向柱管挪到數控(kong)(kong)車(che)床上加(jia)工(gong)(gong),提(ti)高效率3倍多,解決了(le)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)的后顧之憂,該(gai)(gai)產品采用(yong)數控(kong)(kong)車(che)床加(jia)工(gong)(gong)屬(shu)(shu)國內(nei)首創,達到行(xing)業(ye)(ye)先進(jin)(jin)制造(zao)水(shui)平,創造(zao)效益(yi)(yi)426.8萬余(yu)元。 柱塞(sai)式主缸(gang)體(ti)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)劇增(zeng),導致企業產(chan)(chan)能不足(zu)。吳(wu)宏立(li)想到(dao)兩臺多年退庫(ku)(ku)封存,專門(men)加工(gong)小(xiao)型活塞(sai)零(ling)件的數控車床(chuang)(chuang),可(ke)(ke)轉眼又流露出一種(zhong)憂(you)慮(lv)。該機床(chuang)(chuang)主軸細,導軌行(xing)程(cheng)(cheng)短(duan),能不能使(shi)用(yong)呢?為弄個明白(bai),他(ta)來(lai)到(dao)庫(ku)(ku)房,實地(di)勘察一番,心里(li)有了可(ke)(ke)行(xing)的措施,設(she)(she)計小(xiao)型液(ye)壓夾(jia)(jia)(jia)具(ju)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)精加工(gong)柱塞(sai)主缸(gang)體(ti)。方案得到(dao)領導高度(du)重視,連夜將機床(chuang)(chuang)搬(ban)回分(fen)廠(chang)對機床(chuang)(chuang)夾(jia)(jia)(jia)具(ju)、液(ye)壓缸(gang)拉桿拆卸測(ce)繪(hui)。可(ke)(ke)意想不到(dao)的事情(qing)發生了,夾(jia)(jia)(jia)緊液(ye)壓缸(gang)行(xing)程(cheng)(cheng)只有15毫米,是現使(shi)用(yong)機床(chuang)(chuang)的一半,對不同(tong)長短(duan)的主缸(gang)體(ti)安裝(zhuang)夾(jia)(jia)(jia)緊受到(dao)限制(zhi),怎么辦(ban)?吳(wu)宏立(li)左思右想,反復琢磨,終于想出好的方法(fa)(fa),設(she)(she)計小(xiao)型回轉體(ti)夾(jia)(jia)(jia)具(ju)、長短(duan)不同(tong)頂尖(jian)、內(nei)孔尺(chi)寸不同(tong)的法(fa)(fa)蘭盤、以(yi)及內(nei)冷刀座(zuo)、快換(huan)頂尖(jian)扳手(shou)。通過安裝(zhuang)調(diao)試,夾(jia)(jia)(jia)具(ju)達到(dao)行(xing)業先進(jin)制(zhi)造水平,可(ke)(ke)以(yi)切換(huan)不同(tong)產(chan)(chan)品。吳(wu)宏立(li)成功地(di)將機床(chuang)(chuang)利用(yong)起來(lai),節約購置(zhi)設(she)(she)備費用(yong)70多萬元(yuan),年創造效益200多萬元(yuan)。 心系企業傳技藝 吳宏立同(tong)志不僅善于技(ji)術(shu)(shu)創(chuang)新、解決生(sheng)產瓶頸(jing)難題(ti),同(tong)時,樂(le)傳身教。他結(jie)合生(sheng)產實際(ji),利(li)(li)用班組板報(bao)向大家(jia)(jia)講授(shou)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)經驗,利(li)(li)用業(ye)余時間作PPT課(ke)件,制定學習(xi)(xi)(xi)計(ji)劃,組織員工(gong)(gong)(gong)學習(xi)(xi)(xi)車工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)。通過考核,選(xuan)派選(xuan)手(shou)參(can)加(jia)東北工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)集團舉辦的(de)數(shu)控車工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)能競賽,獲(huo)得團體第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)名(ming),有三(san)名(ming)選(xuan)手(shou)分別(bie)取(qu)得前三(san)名(ming)的(de)好成績。他領銜的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室現有成員14人,在他的(de)主(zhu)持下,大家(jia)(jia)學習(xi)(xi)(xi)氛圍(wei)濃厚,不斷開展理論與(yu)實際(ji)培訓,都(dou)已成長為企(qi)業(ye)的(de)技(ji)能骨干(gan)人才(cai),在參(can)加(jia)技(ji)能比賽中多次獲(huo)獎。其(qi)中,一(yi)(yi)(yi)人參(can)加(jia)東北工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)集團車工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)能競賽取(qu)得第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)名(ming)、吉(ji)林省車工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)能競賽取(qu)得第(di)二名(ming),一(yi)(yi)(yi)人參(can)加(jia)長春市職工(gong)(gong)(gong)職業(ye)技(ji)能競賽沖壓工(gong)(gong)(gong)取(qu)得第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)名(ming),一(yi)(yi)(yi)人參(can)加(jia)第(di)八屆全國數(shu)控機床裝調(diao)維修工(gong)(gong)(gong)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)組取(qu)得二等獎,為企(qi)業(ye)爭得了榮譽。
