國資委網站:走近數控車工“大工匠” ——記兵器工業集團技能帶頭人高山

  “別宣傳(chuan)(chuan)我(wo)。工作(zuo)(zuo)都是大家干的,成績的取得離不(bu)開同事們的相(xiang)互支(zhi)持和幫助,多宣傳(chuan)(chuan)企業和我(wo)們的勞模(mo)創(chuang)新(xin)工作(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)。”每當(dang)一提到要(yao)宣傳(chuan)(chuan)他,高山都反復這樣說。

  2020年一季度,特別是(shi)(shi)二月份,受(shou)疫情影響,兵器工(gong)業(ye)集團東北工(gong)業(ye)集團吉林東光(guang)精密(mi)機械廠(chang)的地瞄產品(pin)告急,尤其是(shi)(shi)某產品(pin)庫存(cun)為零(ling),影響了主機廠(chang)的總裝進度。

  由于目前該(gai)地瞄(miao)產品(pin)機加(jia)工(gong)(gong)藝及相關(guan)生(sheng)產夾具仍然沿用(yong)老工(gong)(gong)藝,多數是(shi)在普通設備上使(shi)用(yong)和(he)加(jia)工(gong)(gong),不僅加(jia)工(gong)(gong)率低,而且(qie)原來的(de)操作(zuo)者(zhe)剛剛退休,新接手的(de)操作(zuo)者(zhe)不熟(shu)悉加(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝,所以當月要完成200套產品(pin)幾(ji)乎(hu)是(shi)不可能(neng)的(de)事情。為了(le)確(que)保(bao)按期供(gong)貨,工(gong)(gong)廠將此項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)當作(zuo)一個攻關(guan)課題交給了(le)高山及他領軍的(de)勞模(mo)創新工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)。

  高(gao)山帶(dai)領勞模(mo)創(chuang)新工(gong)作室的成員(yuan)潛心(xin)推敲(qiao),最后(hou)決定改進(jin)該產(chan)品的夾(jia)具工(gong)藝,并與數控車(che)床連接,充分發(fa)揮(hui)數控車(che)床的技術優勢。經過(guo)反復測試,終于(yu)按(an)期保(bao)質保(bao)量地(di)交(jiao)付了產(chan)品。同時,改進(jin)后(hou)的加工(gong)工(gong)藝,由原來10人(ren)(ren)減少為(wei)6人(ren)(ren)就可以完(wan)成加工(gong)任務。

  如今,高山的(de)勞模工(gong)(gong)作室又(you)開始瞄(miao)向了(le)某鏡筒圓周內(nei)壁倒角(jiao)工(gong)(gong)藝攻關及某產品的(de)上(shang)、下(xia)環座(zuo)球面量(liang)具(ju)設計制造等(deng)工(gong)(gong)藝及加工(gong)(gong)夾(jia)具(ju)改進的(de)項目(mu)。

  某(mou)鏡(jing)(jing)筒圓周內壁倒角工(gong)藝攻關(guan)項目,可解(jie)決鏡(jing)(jing)筒加工(gong)后,鉗工(gong)在圓周鉆(zhan)(zhan)螺紋底孔(kong)時,內孔(kong)壁無法用鉆(zhan)(zhan)頭倒角的難題。改(gai)善(shan)后可提高產(chan)(chan)品(pin)的裝配精度并提高產(chan)(chan)品(pin)外觀質量,提高生產(chan)(chan)效率20倍(bei),預計可節創金額10萬元。

  盡(jin)管(guan)交談略顯靦(tian)腆(tian)和木訥,可一聊起他負責的(de)幾個創新項(xiang)目時,高(gao)山立即變得眉飛(fei)色舞、如數家珍。2019年,高(gao)山在工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室成員(yuan)以(yi)及(ji)機加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)段有關員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)協助(zhu)下,共(gong)完成創新項(xiang)目7項(xiang)。其中改造中心(xin)設(she)備(bei)。提高(gao)設(she)備(bei)性能1項(xiang),為(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)節約設(she)備(bei)購置費用(yong)52萬(wan)元;通過加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝的(de)改進(jin)項(xiang)目,利用(yong)自制刀具將部分(fen)材料完整截取,為(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)節約鋁料約2萬(wan)元;鈦合金去除工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝夾(jia)頭項(xiang)目,為(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)節約材料費用(yong)約2萬(wan)元;制造深孔短臺階量具及(ji)弧面(mian)球高(gao)量具,共(gong)計14套,為(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)節約定置專(zhuan)用(yong)量具費用(yong)8萬(wan)元。

  車(che)工(gong)的(de)薄(bo)壁工(gong)件(jian)高精(jing)度(du)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)一直(zhi)是機(ji)械加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)的(de)難點,對于淬火(huo)后(hou)的(de)軸承環高精(jing)度(du)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)更為困(kun)難。高山(shan)發現工(gong)件(jian)變形來源(yuan)于傳統(tong)的(de)“軸向壓緊方(fang)式”,而通過采(cai)用粘接裝夾方(fang)式車(che)削(xue),實現了無(wu)裝夾力夾緊,加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)后(hou)軸承環的(de)圓度(du)公差控(kong)制在0.005mm之(zhi)內。通過這(zhe)次實踐,高山(shan)大膽(dan)地將幾種高精(jing)度(du)零件(jian)重新設計(ji)了粘接夾具進行加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)。結(jie)果產品精(jing)度(du)都(dou)進入了圖紙(zhi)圓度(du)公差要求之(zhi)內。這(zhe)次創(chuang)新為今(jin)后(hou)的(de)薄(bo)壁工(gong)件(jian)高精(jing)度(du)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)開創(chuang)了新的(de)途徑。

  在工(gong)(gong)廠(chang)某科研(yan)項目相機(ji)(ji)裝調(diao)(diao)過程中,鏡(jing)頭的調(diao)(diao)焦(jiao)(jiao)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)系統(tong)出(chu)現(xian)(xian)卡死現(xian)(xian)象。幾次更(geng)改(gai)設(she)計方案均(jun)無法解決。高山通(tong)過分析(xi)問題所在,主動(dong)提出(chu)結(jie)構(gou)改(gai)進,并重新設(she)計了(le)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)結(jie)構(gou)。通(tong)過減(jian)小摩(mo)擦(ca)接觸面積,取代了(le)原設(she)計中的差動(dong)螺紋結(jie)構(gou),變成(cheng)一條螺旋線實(shi)現(xian)(xian)鏡(jing)筒(tong)和鏡(jing)框的相對位移調(diao)(diao)焦(jiao)(jiao),減(jian)小了(le)兩條反向螺紋傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)推力相互作用。減(jian)少摩(mo)擦(ca)系數(shu),在調(diao)(diao)焦(jiao)(jiao)環與鏡(jing)筒(tong)之(zhi)間加(jia)入滾(gun)針(zhen)和滾(gun)珠實(shi)現(xian)(xian)滾(gun)動(dong)摩(mo)擦(ca),提高了(le)整機(ji)(ji)的機(ji)(ji)械性能,延長了(le)電池的續航(hang)時間。本次使用小螺距方牙螺紋加(jia)工(gong)(gong),是車削(xue)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)和航(hang)相機(ji)(ji)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)史上的首創(chuang)。

  高山(shan)(shan)所(suo)設(she)計制作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)多(duo)功能(neng)打(da)(da)磨機(ji)(ji),解決了(le)(le)(le)(le)“加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝及加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)設(she)備設(she)施效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)較低(di)、外觀質量(liang)較差,導(dao)致表面(mian)(mian)處理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序合格率(lv)低(di)、重復(fu)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)”等難題。該(gai)打(da)(da)磨機(ji)(ji)投(tou)入使用后,減輕了(le)(le)(le)(le)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)者的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)動強(qiang)度(du),提(ti)高了(le)(le)(le)(le)生產(chan)(chan)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)3倍。靠模銑削時對鋁料等一些材料可進行較大切削量(liang)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),比修銼、打(da)(da)磨等生產(chan)(chan)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)提(ti)高了(le)(le)(le)(le)5倍,產(chan)(chan)品質量(liang)和外觀質量(liang)也得到相應提(ti)高。用回(hui)轉工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)磨削毛刺(ci)或(huo)焊口時,打(da)(da)磨表面(mian)(mian)平(ping)滑,表面(mian)(mian)磨紋均勻,可提(ti)高生產(chan)(chan)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)6倍。可升降的(de)(de)搖臂式(shi)結構設(she)計理(li)(li)念(nian)更(geng)(geng)加(jia)(jia)符合人體工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)學及人機(ji)(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)原理(li)(li),設(she)備操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)更(geng)(geng)加(jia)(jia)簡(jian)單(dan)方便,更(geng)(geng)加(jia)(jia)靈活,可更(geng)(geng)換(huan)式(shi)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具夾頭實現了(le)(le)(le)(le)一機(ji)(ji)多(duo)能(neng)的(de)(de)設(she)計初衷(zhong),減少了(le)(le)(le)(le)設(she)備操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)者調整設(she)備和調整工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具所(suo)需要的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)準備時間,提(ti)高了(le)(le)(le)(le)勞(lao)(lao)動生產(chan)(chan)率(lv)。回(hui)轉臺式(shi)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺設(she)計使得工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)在加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中的(de)(de)裝夾定位更(geng)(geng)加(jia)(jia)靈活,能(neng)同(tong)時針對殼體類(lei)(lei)的(de)(de)零件(jian)、回(hui)轉類(lei)(lei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)進行加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。此項設(she)計現已申報國家發(fa)明專利(li)并獲得受理(li)(li)。截至目前,高山(shan)(shan)及他所(suo)率(lv)領(ling)的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)模創(chuang)新工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)共獲得國家實用新型專利(li)授權3項,還有2項已受理(li)(li)。

  這兩年,高山勞模創新(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)在(zai)帶徒(tu)傳技(ji)、技(ji)能攻(gong)關、技(ji)藝傳承、技(ji)能推廣方面發(fa)揮(hui)了(le)(le)重(zhong)要作(zuo)用。在(zai)2019年吉林省級首席技(ji)師工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)評選中,高山工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)被(bei)命名為(wei)省級首席技(ji)師工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi),并給予了(le)(le)20萬元的(de)資金支持。

  “我笨嘴拙舌,說(shuo)不出(chu)來啥(sha)漂亮(liang)話(hua)。但是(shi)我想,作為一(yi)名(ming)兵(bing)工人,履行(xing)強軍首責,生產(chan)出(chu)高質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)管用、耐用、實(shi)用、好用的(de)防務(wu)產(chan)品就是(shi)我們(men)的(de)應(ying)有之責。”高山如是(shi)說(shuo)。
