在中國兵(bing)器工(gong)業(ye)集團東(dong)北(bei)工(gong)業(ye)集團吉林大華機械制(zhi)造有限(xian)公(gong)司德(de)惠分公(gong)司齒圈車間,有一位(wei)人(ren)人(ren)稱(cheng)贊的現場工(gong)程師,他不(bu)(bu)僅能夠快速解決生產現場出(chu)現的各(ge)類問題,而且還喜(xi)歡鉆研,看(kan)到(dao)不(bu)(bu)合理的地方就愿意琢磨,直到(dao)“順(shun)眼(yan)”為(wei)止。在大華公(gong)司工(gong)作的30多年里,經他改(gai)造、設計、創新的項目(mu)不(bu)(bu)計其(qi)數,小到(dao)螺紋孔,大到(dao)生產設備,只要不(bu)(bu)適用(yong),他就會開(kai)啟“思維馬(ma)達”,想各(ge)種方法將(jiang)其(qi)解決,他就是吉林省經濟技(ji)術(shu)創新標兵(bing)、吉林省勞(lao)動(dong)模(mo)范——毛(mao)鳳波。 多(duo)年來,毛(mao)鳳波(bo)與一線工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)同(tong)干同(tong)想(xiang),生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)現場出現的(de)(de)(de)任(ren)何問題他(ta)都了如指掌,并想(xiang)辦法解決實際問題。當發現工(gong)(gong)(gong)件焊(han)(han)接后焊(han)(han)渣(zha)清理(li)情況不達標時,他(ta)就開始(shi)對(dui)焊(han)(han)接清渣(zha)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序清渣(zha)機清渣(zha)方式進行改進,以(yi)此(ci)來提高清渣(zha)質量,減(jian)(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)后期處理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作量。經改善后生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)統計,此(ci)項改善減(jian)(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)磨(mo)削工(gong)(gong)(gong)序材料成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)、人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)、不良損失合計120萬(wan)元(yuan),每月(yue)減(jian)(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)在制品庫存成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)110萬(wan)元(yuan)。為減(jian)(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)過程(cheng)中(zhong)廢(fei)氣排放(fang)對(dui)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)傷害,毛(mao)鳳波(bo)開始(shi)琢磨(mo)取消齒圈焊(han)(han)接前酸洗(xi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序,他(ta)將目標鎖定在齒圈型鋼出廠時表(biao)面拋丸處理(li)上(shang),通過此(ci)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)改進,徹(che)底消除原(yuan)有生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)的(de)(de)(de)酸、堿(jian)的(de)(de)(de)排放(fang)及生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)過程(cheng)中(zhong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)酸霧對(dui)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)身(shen)體(ti)傷害,同(tong)時節約(yue)制造成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)130萬(wan)元(yuan)。通過工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)優化,減(jian)(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)一線工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)重復(fu)勞動、改善了員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作環境、解決了排放(fang)達標的(de)(de)(de)環保要(yao)求,真正為員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)創建(jian)了更加和(he)諧(xie)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作環境。 以(yi)毛鳳(feng)波(bo)命名(ming)的(de)勞模創新工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室成(cheng)立以(yi)來,他就以(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室為依托帶領(ling)團(tuan)隊成(cheng)員努力開展工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。幾年來,在他的(de)帶領(ling)下,團(tuan)隊先后對805慣性輪工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝進行(xing)改進,利用電(dian)網峰、平、谷(gu)計費降(jiang)低齒(chi)圈(quan)正(zheng)火/回(hui)火電(dian)能消耗、車內孔夾具改善、齒(chi)圈(quan)精整工(gong)(gong)(gong)裝二次利用項目(mu)推進實施,為公司(si)(si)(si)節創資(zi)金(jin)(jin)124萬(wan)元(yuan)。另(ling)外,毛鳳(feng)波(bo)帶領(ling)團(tuan)隊成(cheng)員重點(dian)對美國進口的(de)焊機(ji)故(gu)障率(lv)(lv)高的(de)原(yuan)因(yin)進行(xing)跟蹤,收集第一手資(zi)料(liao),經過(guo)對數據分析和查找(zhao)資(zi)料(liao)比對,制(zhi)定整改方案,最終(zhong)解決了故(gu)障率(lv)(lv)高的(de)問題,提(ti)高了生產(chan)效率(lv)(lv),為公司(si)(si)(si)節創資(zi)金(jin)(jin)近100萬(wan)元(yuan)。他帶領(ling)團(tuan)隊對原(yuan)有齒(chi)圈(quan)熱處理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝進行(xing)優化(hua),在提(ti)高生產(chan)效率(lv)(lv)的(de)同(tong)時為公司(si)(si)(si)節省資(zi)金(jin)(jin)50萬(wan)元(yuan)、節約生產(chan)成(cheng)本80萬(wan)元(yuan),這幾項改善均(jun)榮獲公司(si)(si)(si)“金(jin)(jin)點(dian)子獎(jiang)”。 在公司(si)推行精(jing)益生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)作中,毛鳳波積極(ji)參與精(jing)益生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)知識學習,并(bing)利用學習的知識大膽地提出對齒圈生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)成型生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)線(xian)進行優化,生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)線(xian)優化方案最終(zhong)得到實施,由原(yuan)有的集群式(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)變為(wei)U型生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)線(xian)布局,通過改善(shan)減少(shao)(shao)操作者11人,減少(shao)(shao)設備(bei)占地面積210平(ping)方米(mi),工(gong)序間在制品由原(yuan)來的5600件(jian)減少(shao)(shao)到現在的100件(jian),并(bing)且減少(shao)(shao)了(le)工(gong)件(jian)周轉(zhuan),降低了(le)勞動(dong)強度(du)。 毛(mao)鳳波在工(gong)作中(zhong)他始終把(ba)(ba)產品(pin)質(zhi)量(liang)工(gong)作放(fang)在重(zhong)要位(wei)置,先后組(zu)織開(kai)展(zhan)了出(chu)口德國戴姆(mu)勒(le)大型(xing)合金鋼齒(chi)圈焊接(jie)質(zhi)量(liang)工(gong)藝提(ti)升(sheng)優化(hua)實驗(yan),經過反復(fu)實驗(yan),把(ba)(ba)焊接(jie)質(zhi)量(liang)成品(pin)率由(you)原來(lai)的85%提(ti)升(sheng)到(dao)99.5%,為穩(wen)定出(chu)口產品(pin)質(zhi)量(liang)做(zuo)出(chu)貢獻。在提(ti)升(sheng)6371/3338慣(guan)性環焊接(jie)錯位(wei)攻(gong)關中(zhong),通過不(bu)(bu)斷地(di)實驗(yan)論證,降低不(bu)(bu)良品(pin)率5200PPM。在對出(chu)口CAT1034齒(chi)圈焊接(jie)質(zhi)量(liang)提(ti)升(sheng)中(zhong),實現加強(qiang)環切(qie)割(ge)工(gong)藝改進,使等離子切(qie)割(ge)成品(pin)率達到(dao)99%,每月可節省打磨(mo)成本(ben)5萬元(yuan)。 在(zai)(zai)大(da)華公司開展的六西格瑪(ma)項(xiang)目活動(dong)中(zhong),毛鳳波根(gen)據生產工作中(zhong)的實際問(wen)題(ti)選(xuan)項(xiang)實施(shi)了《XX齒圈探傷不良品(pin)率由(you)5.65%降(jiang)到(dao)(dao)(dao)0.56%》的六西格瑪(ma)項(xiang)目,他參照DMAIC解決問(wen)題(ti)方法,利用(yong)MINITAB軟件對焊(han)(han)接(jie)參數(shu)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)分析,找到(dao)(dao)(dao)影響焊(han)(han)接(jie)質量的主要(yao)因子,對焊(han)(han)接(jie)機各項(xiang)參數(shu)采(cai)用(yong)正交試(shi)驗方法進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了重新設定,并對焊(han)(han)接(jie)后熱處理工藝進(jin)(jin)行(xing)優化,最終(zhong)把焊(han)(han)接(jie)后探傷不良品(pin)率降(jiang)到(dao)(dao)(dao)了現在(zai)(zai)的0.25%,累(lei)計實現降(jiang)成本210萬元。
