中國兵器工(gong)業(ye)淮海工(gong)業(ye)集團(tuan)有限(xian)公(gong)司現有國家級技能大師工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)3個(ge)(ge)、省級技能大師工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)3個(ge)(ge)、創新工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)18個(ge)(ge)。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)以(yi)項目為牽引,以(yi)問題為導向,跨(kua)區域、跨(kua)工(gong)種、跨(kua)單位、跨(kua)領(ling)域發揮高(gao)技能人才的集群效應。通過聯盟攻(gong)關、技能創新、人才培養等舉措,打通生產(chan)中的堵點(dian)、難點(dian),切實做到(dao)聚焦(jiao)主(zhu)責主(zhu)業(ye)、推動(dong)公(gong)司高(gao)質量(liang)發展。 聯(lian)盟(meng)攻關(guan),系統推進(jin)。針對(dui)產品零(ling)件(jian)重量(liang)符號不連續、散差大(da)而造成(cheng)的(de)問(wen)題,工(gong)作(zuo)室之間形成(cheng)聯(lian)盟(meng)合力攻關(guan),通(tong)過分析問(wen)題、集中(zhong)研討(tao),落實(shi)零(ling)件(jian)容積測量(liang)及重量(liang)分級專項(xiang)(xiang)改善(shan)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),制定實(shi)施(shi)(shi)方案(an),明確(que)了(le)目(mu)(mu)標設(she)定和主要措施(shi)(shi)與實(shi)施(shi)(shi)計劃,系統解決產品裝配、組批過程中(zhong)存在的(de)問(wen)題。目(mu)(mu)前(qian)已依據加工(gong)流程定置測試(shi)儀(yi),明確(que)了(le)匹配的(de)數控機(ji)床,同(tong)時對(dui)現有機(ji)加工(gong)藝(yi)進(jin)行針對(dui)性優(you)化并完(wan)成(cheng)了(le)前(qian)期工(gong)藝(yi)審核(he)。 破解(jie)(jie)瓶頸,打通堵點(dian)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室針對某曲線回轉(zhuan)體薄壁工(gong)(gong)(gong)件原工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)分8次(ci)沖(chong)四個小孔(kong)(kong)(kong)和4個方(fang)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)中,位置度不佳(jia)、生產(chan)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)低的(de)問題,提出了(le)(le)一(yi)套帶導柱、導套,利用(yong)(yong)斜(xie)楔結構沖(chong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)模具的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案,經過(guo)(guo)與設備(bei)操(cao)作(zuo)人員進行(xing)溝通、協商,一(yi)邊改進、一(yi)邊修理,逐步解(jie)(jie)決了(le)(le)試制過(guo)(guo)程中存在的(de)問題,實現了(le)(le)一(yi)次(ci)沖(chong)8個孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)法,成(cheng)功運用(yong)(yong)于產(chan)品批量(liang)生產(chan),減少了(le)(le)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序,降低了(le)(le)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)成(cheng)本,生產(chan)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)提高(gao)了(le)(le)4倍(bei)。 技術(shu)下沉(chen),精準發力。根據生產總(zong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)的需(xu)求,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室精準發力,專門派駐工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室成(cheng)員(yuan)到(dao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配(pei)(pei)一線提供技術(shu)支持。面對時(shi)間緊、任務重(zhong)的情況,提高單人(ren)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配(pei)(pei)效(xiao)(xiao)率,解放出一個(ge)勞(lao)動生產力,這無(wu)疑對生產小組是一個(ge)不小的幫(bang)助。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室成(cheng)員(yuan)結(jie)合工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)經驗(yan),與技術(shu)人(ren)員(yuan)不斷的溝通,并反復摸底驗(yan)證,最終制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)出新的工(gong)(gong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),減少了(le)一名(ming)操作(zuo)(zuo)工(gong)(gong),降低人(ren)工(gong)(gong)成(cheng)本(ben),效(xiao)(xiao)率提高了(le)3倍(bei)。 使(shi)命擔當(dang),助力(li)發(fa)展。工作室按照“知定位(wei)、明(ming)職責、勇擔當(dang)、善作為、干成(cheng)事”的(de)(de)工作總要(yao)求,踐(jian)行(xing)“攻關、傳藝、研發(fa)、交流(liu)”理(li)念,始終(zhong)堅(jian)持關注(zhu)產品生產過程,及時解決問題(ti)和(he)瓶頸。通過項目攻關,降低成(cheng)本、減少浪(lang)費、提高效率,創造(zao)更(geng)多的(de)(de)價(jia)值,增強企業(ye)的(de)(de)核心制造(zao)能力(li),并注(zhu)重細化,逐(zhu)步(bu)優化,跟進(jin)落實,一步(bu)一個腳印(yin),深(shen)度挖掘工作室潛能,助力(li)企業(ye)高質量發(fa)展。(何 英)
