發揮作用 投身經濟主戰場 面(mian)對(dui)企業(ye)(ye)改革發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)實際,慶(qing)陽化工工會把服(fu)務公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)大局,投(tou)身生(sheng)(sheng)產經營(ying)主(zhu)(zhu)戰場放在(zai)(zai)突出(chu)(chu)位置。承(cheng)擔起歷史賦予(yu)工會的(de)(de)(de)責任(ren)和(he)擔當,聚(ju)焦安(an)全(quan)(quan)、創新(xin)(xin)、工藝技(ji)(ji)術(shu)等(deng)(deng)薄弱環節,帶(dai)領廣大職(zhi)(zhi)工奮斗在(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)產經營(ying)第一線,為(wei)(wei)企業(ye)(ye)可(ke)持續發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)建(jian)(jian)功立業(ye)(ye)。堅持以(yi)(yi)提(ti)合理(li)(li)化建(jian)(jian)議(yi)活動為(wei)(wei)平臺,實施積分(fen)兌(dui)換制與(yu)四級獎(jiang)勵(li)雙軌并(bing)行的(de)(de)(de)獎(jiang)勵(li)方(fang)式,發(fa)揮(hui)職(zhi)(zhi)工的(de)(de)(de)聰明才智,解(jie)決企業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)產科研過程中的(de)(de)(de)難點(dian)問題。2018年,累計(ji)征集合理(li)(li)化建(jian)(jian)議(yi)9977條,全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)參與(yu)率(lv)98.97%,采納率(lv)99.46%,實現節創價值1278萬元(yuan)。5個(ge)提(ti)案獲得兵(bing)器工業(ye)(ye)集團公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)優秀提(ti)案獎(jiang),倆人(ren)(ren)榮(rong)獲兵(bing)器工業(ye)(ye)集團公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)合理(li)(li)化建(jian)(jian)議(yi)智慧之星榮(rong)譽稱號。根據生(sheng)(sheng)產實際,開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)以(yi)(yi)“六(liu)比六(liu)促(cu)”為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)題的(de)(de)(de)項(xiang)(xiang)目制勞(lao)動競(jing)賽(sai)(sai),組織各分(fen)會圍繞公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)競(jing)賽(sai)(sai)方(fang)案,在(zai)(zai)大主(zhu)(zhu)題統領下(xia),以(yi)(yi)問題為(wei)(wei)導向,選(xuan)題立項(xiang)(xiang),提(ti)倡勞(lao)動競(jing)賽(sai)(sai)的(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性化和(he)差(cha)異化,多元(yuan)創新(xin)(xin)。同(tong)時,工會設立勞(lao)動競(jing)賽(sai)(sai)獎(jiang)勵(li)基金,從基層(ceng)單位上(shang)報(bao)的(de)(de)(de)項(xiang)(xiang)目中篩選(xuan)出(chu)(chu)11個(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)目,作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)級競(jing)賽(sai)(sai)項(xiang)(xiang)目管理(li)(li)。根據完成(cheng)情況(kuang),給予(yu)兌(dui)現獎(jiang)勵(li)。發(fa)揮(hui)勞(lao)動模(mo)(mo)范(fan)的(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)集效應,成(cheng)立勞(lao)模(mo)(mo)協會,并(bing)以(yi)(yi)此為(wei)(wei)載體,組織勞(lao)模(mo)(mo)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)講座(zuo)、技(ji)(ji)術(shu)協作(zuo)、技(ji)(ji)術(shu)攻關、技(ji)(ji)術(shu)服(fu)務,在(zai)(zai)提(ti)升產能、工藝創新(xin)(xin)、技(ji)(ji)能傳承(cheng)、精神弘揚、人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)養等(deng)(deng)方(fang)面(mian)發(fa)揮(hui)了重要作(zuo)用。2018年,7個(ge)勞(lao)模(mo)(mo)創新(xin)(xin)工作(zuo)室圍繞安(an)全(quan)(quan)、設備、工藝等(deng)(deng)方(fang)面(mian)生(sheng)(sheng)產瓶頸設立課題25項(xiang)(xiang),全(quan)(quan)部完成(cheng),節創價值90余萬元(yuan)。 扶貧濟困,改善職工生活 由于企業(ye)多(duo)(duo)年(nian)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)經(jing)營艱難(nan)(nan),職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)生(sheng)活(huo)水(shui)平不(bu)高。面對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)對(dui)美好(hao)(hao)生(sheng)活(huo)的(de)向往,公司(si)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會綜合施策(ce),不(bu)斷夯實(shi)“溫(wen)暖工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程”。與(yu)行政協(xie)商,為公司(si)3344名(ming)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)購買了安康保險,解決了職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)患重(zhong)大疾病(bing)的(de)后顧之憂。關(guan)注女職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)身心健(jian)(jian)康及成長(chang),為589名(ming)女職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進行了健(jian)(jian)康體健(jian)(jian),并(bing)(bing)組織先(xian)進女職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)到(dao)遼(liao)陽縣柳壕鎮參觀學(xue)習自強(qiang)創業(ye)標兵(bing)周翠香的(de)創業(ye)經(jing)歷。生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)檢測中心技術質量室被評(ping)為全(quan)國(guo)“三(san)八(ba)紅旗集體”劉俊杰等(deng)4個家庭榮獲遼(liao)陽市(shi)(shi)“最美家庭”。困難(nan)(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)幫扶(fu)是工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會幫扶(fu)服(fu)務的(de)重(zhong)點(dian),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會精準做好(hao)(hao)生(sheng)活(huo)救(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)、子女助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)學(xue)和醫療救(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)。堅持節日救(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)和日常救(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)相結合,建立工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會常態化幫扶(fu)機制,組織公司(si)中層干部(bu)開(kai)展“多(duo)(duo)幫一(yi)”活(huo)動,讓困難(nan)(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)得到(dao)更多(duo)(duo)的(de)關(guan)心和幫助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)。2018年(nian)春節期間(jian),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會救(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)困難(nan)(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)亡家屬2300人次(ci),救(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)資金(jin)65.32萬元(yuan)(yuan)。全(quan)年(nian)救(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)臨時困難(nan)(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)118人次(ci),救(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)資金(jin)8.36萬元(yuan)(yuan)。與(yu)兵(bing)器四院共(gong)同開(kai)展“金(jin)秋助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)學(xue)”活(huo)動,30名(ming)困難(nan)(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)子女得到(dao)救(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)。9名(ming)困難(nan)(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)被遼(liao)陽市(shi)(shi)總工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會納入意(yi)外致困戶范(fan)圍,每(mei)人得到(dao)6972元(yuan)(yuan)救(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)金(jin)。通過(guo)多(duo)(duo)措(cuo)并(bing)(bing)舉,提升了職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)生(sheng)活(huo)質量。 普惠服務,關注職工需求 維護(hu)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)合法(fa)權益是工(gong)(gong)(gong)會的(de)天職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。根據(ju)企業(ye)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)現狀,工(gong)(gong)(gong)會堅(jian)持(chi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)需求導(dao)向,從職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)內心最(zui)關切(qie)、需求最(zui)迫切(qie)的(de)領域(yu)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作入手,積極組(zu)織開展(zhan)(zhan)普惠服務,讓每(mei)個(ge)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)感受(shou)“娘(niang)家人”的(de)溫(wen)暖(nuan),讓每(mei)份期(qi)待都能得(de)到(dao)(dao)回應。安(an)全是職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)最(zui)大的(de)需求。圍繞保(bao)(bao)障職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)身心健康(kang),工(gong)(gong)(gong)會不斷完善公司、分廠、車間(jian)、班(ban)(ban)組(zu)四級勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)監督(du)(du)網絡。在各分廠設立(li)(li)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)監督(du)(du)委員(yuan)會,車間(jian)設立(li)(li)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)監督(du)(du)小組(zu),班(ban)(ban)組(zu)設立(li)(li)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)監督(du)(du)員(yuan),積極參與(yu)新(xin)(xin)建、擴(kuo)建和技術(shu)改造(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程項(xiang)目的(de)監督(du)(du),堅(jian)持(chi)“三同時”檢查(cha)驗收,參與(yu)安(an)全事故調查(cha)和安(an)全檢查(cha)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。設立(li)(li)“職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)網絡問企”,開通職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)參與(yu)企業(ye)管理的(de)新(xin)(xin)渠道。針(zhen)對企業(ye)火化工(gong)(gong)(gong)生(sheng)產特點,工(gong)(gong)(gong)會購置(zhi)了(le)200個(ge)急救(jiu)包(bao)發(fa)(fa)放(fang)到(dao)(dao)基層班(ban)(ban)組(zu),實現了(le)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)急救(jiu)包(bao)全覆(fu)蓋,滿足(zu)現場救(jiu)治需求。積極培養“負(fu)責(ze)任(ren)、有(you)抱負(fu)、受(shou)尊重(zhong)軍工(gong)(gong)(gong)團隊”的(de)企業(ye)文(wen)化,舉辦安(an)全知識才藝大賽、京劇演(yan)唱會、春節(jie)聯歡晚(wan)會。職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)群(qun)眾文(wen)化藝術(shu)展(zhan)(zhan)演(yan)、廣場消夏晚(wan)會、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)團隊拓(tuo)展(zhan)(zhan)對抗賽及各種活動(dong)(dong)(dong)。這些職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)文(wen)體(ti)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)生(sheng)動(dong)(dong)(dong)地記錄了(le)廣大職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)愛崗(gang)敬業(ye)、奮發(fa)(fa)有(you)為的(de)精(jing)彩瞬間(jian)和精(jing)神(shen)風貌,傳遞出(chu)崇(chong)尚勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、尊重(zhong)創造(zao)的(de)正(zheng)能量(liang)。(胡國強
